These terms regulate all users of all contents of the domain www.north.dk. The Terms and Conditions will be valid for all your future transactions with North ApS (henceforth: North; may be referred to as ?us?) and visits to the site.
North reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes. Please contact us if you have any further questions.
We do not guarantee that all the items available at the North web shop are in stock at the time of your order. In the case of incorrect stock balance affecting your order, we will contact you shortly by phone or by e-mail.
North cannot warrant that the content of the site is at all time free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. North may at any time change the content of the site.
Though North strife to always display the correct texts, images and pricing in the site and web shop, errors can occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount when shopping from the web shop, we will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or cancelling your order. If we are unable to get in touch with you, your order will be automatically cancelled.
All personal information saved at the site will be handled with most care. The information you forward to North Web shop will only be used in order to fulfill the undertakings of North web shop have and to assure you the best service. A statistical log system is used at www.north.dk, gathering information to help create a statistical picture of the number of visitors and hits to the website. The log system is used as a means of optimising the website for user friendliness and functionality. In order for you, as a customer, to make a purchase of goods at www.north.dk you must register the following information: Name, address, telephone number and email address. This information are registered and kept with North for 5 years before being deleted. This information is being kept for the purpose of delivery of goods to the right address. When gathering this information via our website, we do so only at your consent. The details are passed on to the delivery/shipping company in order for the delivery to be executed. No sensitive information is passed on. As a registrant with North you have a legal right to know what information are stored, according to 'Persondataloven' (Danish Personal Data Law). All customers paying by card are subject to validation checks. North make the reservation to delay any order if we suspect a further security control is needed.

Payment & Prices
We accept card payments by Dankort, Visa, Eurocard & MasterCard. The full amount will be charged on the date of the shipment (i.e. when the package is dispatched).
If your country is part of the European Union (EU), prices include Danish VAT at 25 %.
Shipping costs will be added to your order. For shipping charges, please view the North shipping charge table.
Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. North ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
North web shop reserves the right to change prices of the products sold. The prices of the products will, during the time of placing an order, be valid throughout that specific process.
North web shop cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the EUR into any other currency.
Returns & Exchanges
North is proud of its products. We believe in the quality of our goods and will not be happy until you are. We operate a no-quibble refund guarantee. If you are not happy with the product just return it.
During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. North cannot accept returns where labels have been removed.
Parcels that are returned to us remain the customer?s responsibility (and a refund will not be given) until they are received by us. We recommend that you send your returns by recorded post and that you retain proof of postage.
Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser?s credit card. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund.
All exchanges are subject to availability.
Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following delivery.
What to do when returning:
Please email us at email@example.com to let us know that you are returning goods to us.
In the email, please:
• Quote your order number
• State the item that you are returning
• State the reason you are returning the item
• Indicate if you would rather exchange the goods or receive a refund.
• Please note that all refunds will be made to the credit card originally used
• State the preferred delivery address for your exchange
Then, send the goods back to us:
• Ensuring that the goods you are returning are packaged securely ? we have to receive goods back in original condition
• Including any paperwork relating to the order
• Ensuring the package is pre-paid, (for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service)

Your order will be dispatched within 4 days from the time you placed your order. We operate Monday to Friday and not on public holidays.
Tax free (Non EU Customers)
All our prices include 25% VAT (Danish tax). Customers outside of the European Union shops tax free at North Shop and will therefore not be charged with any tax. The 25% VAT will be excluded from the total amount when you choose your country in the shopping cart during checkout.

North will under such circumstances do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon and entirely possible.

Varens stand, når du sender den retur
Du hæfter kun for eventuel forringelse af varens værdi, som skyldes anden håndtering, end hvad der er nødvendigt for at fastslå varens art, egenskaber og den måde, den fungerer på. Med andre ord – du kan prøve varen på samme måde, som hvis du prøvede den i en fysisk butik.
Hvis varen er prøvet udover, hvad der er beskrevet ovenfor, betragter vi den som brugt, hvilket betyder, at du ved fortrydelse af købet kun får en del eller intet af købsbeløbet retur, afhængig af varens handelsmæssige værdi.
For at modtage hele købsbeløbet retur må du altså gøre det samme, som man kan i en fysisk butik. Du må afprøve varen, men ikke tage den i egentlig brug.
